Feeling Philosophical

In the 21st century , even in the many advances we have made as far as our civilization is concerned we are quite lacking. Humans in this very delicate period in history are too conflicting. More than ever now I believe you can see a clear divide between the old and new, the new being the right way and the old being the wrong way. However this is not true, many things of old have faded with the passing of time and are still very relevant today, however us being how we are we like things that are shiny, we like new. Now this may just come across as random rambling however there is sense in what i'm saying, think about it. 5 years ago kids would watch t.v and then go to the park. They would enjoy meeting new people , the social interactions would intrigue their young minds. How bout now? the most social interaction they get is from facebook, whatsapp, instagram. If they dont need to leave their homes they wont, why because everything is easy to access. Friends? Internet, Games? internet, movies? internet, sports? internet. Now im not saying the internet is a bad thing, but i fear my kids will never know the joy of going to the park and playing power rangers with 4 kids youve never met and then wanting to go back every day. why? because they'll rather play ben 10 on the ipad, or watch a movie by themselves. who needs friends when you have a tablet and the internet.

Digimon Re:Digitize Translation. Awesome

Come on you have to admit, your looking forward to this game. I mean who wouldn't be!? Digimon Re:Digitze is just a dream come true. I mean don't get me wrong the other digimon games recently released where cool ( Digimon Dawn/Dusk and Digimon World Ds) well those are the ones i'm aware of. However this game looks like it's gonna take the cake. I mean not even looking into the nitty gritty details , a digimon game on a more powerful system than the Ds is a huge win in my eyes as i believe it will be a game which can do so much more on the psp than it could ever do on the ds. Also its what the fans ( well certainly me ) have been waiting for, finally another digimon game on a Playstation Console.

Now enough of talking to you guys about how awesome how great i think this is but more on the fact that a very gifted team down by gbatemp are translating this game. Oh yeah i forgot to mention the fact that this game was only released in Japan ( Sadness) Lucky for us we have a team dedicated to not just a menu patch but a 100% Translation. I've been a long time watcher of their progress and i must say they've given as good as they have got and have triumphed over some pretty big hurdles. So to them I give a big thank you for doing this for us... remember this isn't a job they do it totally free. If you wanna go show them some appreciation head on down  to gbatemp but please don't hassle them for an early release. It just wont happen guys.

Wikipedia says : Otaku  is a Japanese term used to refer to people with obsessive interests, particularly (but not limited to) anime and manga. 
I say : That's one way to describe a part of me. I mean I do have a great interest in anime and manga but i am not limited to just that. I'm interested in a crud lot more! Well played Wikipedia well played.


Hi, I'm A Typical Neek. Well you probably already knew that. Just thought I'd create a blog for well...no particular reason. I'm what you call a jack of all trades yet a master of none. I have many different interests and hobbies that vary so frequently but generally hover around music, anime and gaming. Sometimes even technological advancements but this is rare. So upon pondering on how to spend my free time i thought, "Why not make a blog?" It's something new, interesting. Maybe I can even make some new friends, who knows? However I must warn you I will write about practically anything, if it interests me. You'll know about it, heck if it interests you let me know and i'll let the world know about it.Okay maybe the world is too big a place but you get the point. Expect to hear a lot more from me ^_^
